Shipping Policy

Spirits:
If you have issues with an order you placed on this website, please either reply to your order confirmation email or reach out to us at sales@vistawinespirits.com.
Orders
- A signature of a person who is 21 years of age and older is required for delivery.
- Most orders are processed within 1-2 business days after placing the order. Delivery time will vary depending on your location, the carrier used by the licensed retailer who processed your order, and external factors that impact shipments.
- Once the order is in transit, it should arrive within 10 days -shipping times may vary depending on delivery location.
- Shipping is carried through UPS to states where permitted. When the order is packed and ready to go, we’ll send you a shipping notification email with a tracking link. Someone 21+ must be present to accept the order. Deliveries generally happen during business hours so we strongly suggest you ship your order to a business address, if possible.
- Please note that delivery to PO Box and APO/FPO addresses is not possible. Since we are unable to guarantee exact delivery dates, we do not accept liability for costs associated with shipping to temporary locations (hotels, holiday homes, etc.) in case of failed deliveries.
Returns
- Please note, we cannot process returns for spirits.
Cancellations
- Please reach out to our customer service team at sales@vistawinespirits.com right away. Orders can be eligible for cancellation as long as they have not entered the transit phase yet.
Delivery
- Please be aware it is every customer's responsibility to ensure that someone 21+ is home to sign for the package. Typically, a carrier will attempt delivery 3 times before returning the package to the sender.
- If the package is returned to the sender please, email sales@vistawinespirits.com. Be aware that there may be additional fees to help offset the costs of retailers accepting returned packages or reshipping orders.
Availability
- We ship to all US states with the exception of Michigan, South Dakota, Tennessee, and Utah
- We do not deliver outside of the United States
All alcohol orders are processed and fulfilled by licensed third-party retailers on the Bottle Nexus network. The checkout functionality is provided solely for the convenience of our consumers.
Happenstance Whiskey does not sell, offer to sell or solicit sales of alcohol through happenstancewhiskey.com. Happenstance markets its alcohol on its website and offers customers a checkout buy button iframe embed to iylia.com where customers can buy the product on a licensed retailer site such as ours. Through this website, you learn about the alcohol, including its price. The offer to purchase the alcohol ultimately is from the Retailer. If you decide to purchase the alcohol, you make the payment to the Retailer and the Retailer fulfills your order, including the delivery of the purchased alcohol. This arrangement is not meant to facilitate any improper furnishing of inducements by any manufacturer, importer, supplier, wholesaler or distributor of alcohol to any retailer of alcoholic beverages or to facilitate any improper exclusionary practices by any alcohol beverage licensee. This service may be limited or not available at all in some places due to local law or other restrictions.
You may track your order on UPS.com and the link provided at checkout. If you experience any issues please reach out to us and we will be more than happy to assist.
Shipping of express orders will abide by delivery times set by UPS. Express orders are prioritized by our retailer store but please understand we might be busy processing and ship your orders on the same day we receive your order, so allow up to 3 days for processing and then we will hand it to UPS to handle the rest.

Orders
- Orders will ship out within 5 - 7 business days, regardless of shipping method
- During peak season (September - December) shipping may experience additional delays
- We do not deliver outside of the United States
Returns
If you’re not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return your order for a full refund within ten (10) days from the date of delivery and under the following conditions:
- Returned items must be unworn, unused, unwashed, and in perfect condition
- After 10 days, items are not eligible for return
- If you request a refund, the purchase price will be refunded to you via the original payment method once we’ve received the item and confirmed it meets the above conditions. Please allow 5-7 business days for your return to be processed.
- Customer is responsible for return shipping label
